Can I cancel my order after it's been placed?

We don't allow cancellations on the customer end after an order has been placed.

Our team is working fast to get you your clothes as soon as possible - a lot of our orders are processed the same day they are placed.

You can contact us, and we'll do everything we can to help. However, if your order has already reached the processing stage, we will be unable to cancel.

Luckily, our returns process is quick & easy. You can visit our Returns Centre and return your item(s), free of charge!
