My 10% off VIP discount didn't apply to my order.

In 2019, we changed the way our VIP discount works.

If you are a VIP, you will get 10% off all regular-priced merchandise only.

Regular-priced only = you will not receive an extra 10% off of already discounted merchandise.

Merchandise only = the discount applies to apparel only. It will not apply to add-on items like gift bags or donations.

If you purchased regular-priced items and the VIP discount still didn't apply, please contact customer support.
