We are always striving to get your order to you as fast as possible. One of the ways we do this is by fulfilling items at all of our stores, in addition to our Distribution Centre.
As a result, your order may be shipping to you in multiple shipments, and may arrive at different times.
If you've only received part of your order, don't worry! More stuff is on the way.
You can track the status of your order and all shipments within it by going to the Track My Order page on the site.
Another reason that you may not have received your order in its entirety is because of a removal of an item on our end. When this happens, we will notify you via email.
