Do you accept price adjustments?

We do!

We offer a one-time price adjustment within 14 days of purchase when original sales receipt or order confirmation is presented.

To receive a price adjustment on an order placed online, please contact customer support.

Price adjustments for "Free Shipping" events, and on orders placed during these events, will not be accepted.

Please note that any price adjustments on merchandise purchased in-store need to be processed in-store.

If a price adjustment that is granted takes the total of an order below our free shipping threshold of $100, the customer will be charged for shipping.
