Items Purchased in our Retail Stores
You can return items to your closest Tip Top store location, within 30 days of date of purchase. Visit our Store Finder to find your nearest location.
Any purchase made in-store must be returned in-store.
To be eligible for a return, your items must be in the same condition as when you received them. Items must be unworn, unwashed, saleable and have the original tags attached.
If you are returning or exchanging an item purchased in a retail store, it must be accompanied by the original sales receipt.
In-store refunds and exchanges will be made to the original method of payment used for the purchase (credit, debit, cash, gift card).
Items Purchased from our Online Store
Online orders can be returned via mail or to your local Tip Top store, within 30 days of date of purchase. Visit our Store Finder to find your nearest location.
Returns by mail are only available for orders placed online. If you are returning in-store for an order placed online, have your order confirmation email ready.
Online refunds will be made to the original credit card or method of payment used for the purchase (credit, debit, cash, gift card). You will receive a refund confirmation email once the return has been processed. It may take up to 10 business days after receipt of the return to be posted to your account due to banking processes.
Returns without a proper receipt will be refunded to a Gift Card at the lowest sale price at the discretion of store management. (This may not be applicable here for online)
For online returns by mail, our process is quick & easy. Please visit our Returns Centre, and follow the prompts to complete your return.
Make sure you enter your order number and postal code in the way that they show up on your order confirmation. i.e. If there are no spaces in your postal code on your order documentation, enter it that way in the Returns Centre.
Label(s) must be attached to return item(s). Ensure that no other label or tag is on the package to avoid any possible delivery issue or delay.
Shipping fees applied to the original online order will not be refunded unless the return is due to our error.
The shipping label will have our address pre-printed. Returns should be mailed to:

Please take the package to your nearest Canada Post Office to ensure proper receipt and shipping of package.
Once received in our facility, item(s) will be inspected, and any item(s) returned with signs of obvious use may be subject to the return being rejected and the item returned to the customer at their expense.
Returns may take up to 30 days to be reflected on your statement.
The following items are excluded from the refund policy and will not be accepted for refund or exchange, regardless of whether they were purchased in a retail store or online:
- Items worn, altered or washed
- Shipping Charges
- Gift Cards*
* only available for purchase and redemption in retail stores and cannot be returned
